Work History
Before stepping into freelancing, I spent several years working in different BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies. Although it was a very competitive and fast-paced environment, especially as someone fresh out of college, I managed to stay longer than I originally planned. Being in this kind of work environment helped me recognize the importance of patience, clear communication, and truly understanding what people need.
However, after several years in the industry, I realized that I wanted more freedom and creativity in how I could help others—without the strict structure and schedule of corporate life.
So I took everything I learned from my corporate experience and jumped into freelancing. I started taking on online jobs here and there, earning less than I did before, until one day I was blessed to find a great client. That client eventually led me to more opportunities.
Being a Digital Creative Support
What started as a few online gigs soon turned into something I truly enjoyed, as I worked on different projects.
Each project has taught me that my work goes far beyond simply completing tasks.
I’m not just a virtual assistant who checks things off a list. I provide digital and creative support that requires strategy, attention to detail, and genuine collaboration.
Today, I’m grateful to work with several small business owners who trust me to handle the behind-the-scenes work so they can focus on running and growing their business with confidence. As more clients discovered my services, their feedback became one of my biggest sources of motivation. Hearing how my work has made their day-to-day operations easier and their projects more organized (and pretty) reminded me just how far I’ve come. All the experience I’ve gained along with the formal training and self-learning I’ve invested in has truly paid off and shaped me into the digital creative professional I am today.
