Before diving into freelancing and offering virtual assistance services, I’ve spent several years working in customer service and technical support for various BPO companies (Business Process Outsourcing companies).

During this time, I honed my skills by handling a wide range of customer inquiries and technical issues, gaining valuable experience in effective communication and problem resolution.

My ability to empathize with clients and provide tailored solutions was a big help to set me apart, and lay a strong foundation for my future success as a professional virtual business support.

Getting Into Freelancing

In 2021, driven by a desire for more freedom and meaningful work, I decided to quit my job and ventured into online gigs. As I began taking on projects, my passion for providing virtual assistance to small businesses grew, leading me to start my own freelancing venture. Today, I now collaborate with multiple small business owners and remained as dedicated as ever, offering personalized solutions to my clients.
