Work History

Before stepping into freelancing, I spent several years working in customer service and technical support for different BPO companies. Those years taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, and understanding what people really need. These are the skills that still guide how I work today.

Eventually, I realized I wanted more freedom and creativity in how I could help others. So I took everything I learned from my corporate experience and built something of my own: supporting small business owners with the digital and creative work that keeps their businesses running smoothly.

Getting Into Freelancing

In 2021, I made a big decision to leave my corporate job and create a more flexible, meaningful way of working. What started as a few online gigs soon turned into something I truly enjoyed.

Over the years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects. From web design and video editing to podcast editing, social media content creation, and administrative support. Each project has taught me that my work goes far beyond simply completing tasks.

I’m not just a virtual assistant who checks things off a list. I provide digital and creative support that requires strategy, attention to detail, and genuine collaboration.

Today, I’m grateful to work with several small business owners who trust me to handle the behind-the-scenes work so they can focus on what they do best: running and growing their business with confidence. As more clients discovered my services, their feedback became one of my biggest sources of motivation. Hearing how my work has made their day-to-day operations easier and their projects more organized (and pretty) reminded me just how far I’ve come. All the experience I’ve gained along with the formal training and self-learning I’ve invested in has truly paid off and shaped me into the digital creative professional I am today.
